Are these leads fresh?
We offer real time leads - as soon as they are generated we deliver it to you. If you don't need them that quick, we can give you older leads as well.
What does exclusive mean?
You can choose whether or not the leads you purchase are exclusively for you*, or can be repurchased by our other advertisers. If you don't mind other advertisers reaching out to your potential customers, and want to save some money, don't check the Exclusive Leads box. We will only sell non-exclusive leads four times total, so don't worry about having to fight off fifty other advertisers for your customers.
* Exclusivity lasts for two weeks. After that time, we reserve the right to resell leads.
How do you calculate the price?
You and a number of other advertisers are all bidding for different leads based on unique sets of criteria. Every time we generate a lead, we hold a mini-instant-auction, and the highest bidder gets the lead for an incremental price above the next lowest bidder.
How do I pay for the leads?
Payment is accepted via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Before we start delivering your leads, we request a deposit of $500. After that time, we will only charge you once a week or when you owe more than $2,500, whichever comes first.
How are the leads delivered?
We offer multiple ways to deliver leads. You can view them online, receive them in email, have us post them to your FTP server, or send them directly to your server via a GET string.
Can I return leads that don't convert?
No. Unfortunately, once we've given you the lead's contact information, it is yours to do with what you want, but we cannot accept it back. LeadCast has a zero return policy.
